[LOTERRE-Biodiversité] PhytosociologieMots-clés : Dryas octopetala L. Résumé : 18 associations of Dryas octopetala-dominated communities, which belong to 3 classes and 4 alliances, were observed in the European Arctic and in north-western Siberia. Syntaxonomical differentiation is linked with the ecogeographical and floristical division of the Arctic: alliance Kobresio-Dryadion of Carici rupestris–Kobresietea bellardii has its main distribution in European arctic and typical tundra and in the oroarctic belt of mountains, whilst the area of alliance Dryado octopetalae–Caricion arctisibiricae lies in the southern and typical tundra and oroarctic belt on the north of Pechora Plain, in theYugorskii Peninsula, Pay-Khoy Mts. and Polar Ural. Dryas octopetala-dominated communities lacking characteristic species of Carici rupestris–Kobresietea bellardii have been related to the alliance Cassiopo-Salicion herbaceae (Salicetea herbaceae) and alliance Loiseleurio-Diapension (Loseleurio-Vaccinietea). In the latter a suballiance Salicenion nummulariae has been proposed comprising xero-, achyonophytic communities on sandy and gravelly substrata in the southern and typical tundra of the north-east of European Russia. A synoptical table is provided.

Permalink : https://biblio.cbnpmp.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=152784 Corriol, G. 2023. Rapport (2023)URL Syntaxonomical analysis of the Kobresio myosuroidis-Seslerietea caeruleae and Carici Rupestris-Kobresietea Bellardii classes in the central southern Apennines / A. Lancioni in Fitosociologia, 48 (1) (2011)

Titre : Syntaxonomical analysis of the Kobresio myosuroidis-Seslerietea caeruleae and Carici Rupestris-Kobresietea Bellardii classes in the central southern Apennines Type de document : Imprimé Auteurs : A. [LOTERRE-Biodiversité] PhytosociologieRésumé : The aim of this study is a critical analysis of the syntaxonomic classification of the primary grasslands of the central-southern Apennines with a dominance of Sesleria juncifolia ssp. juncifolia and of those with a predominance of Kobresia myosuroides. The hypothesis considered is the coexistence in the Apennines of the classes Kobresio myosuroidis-Seslerietea caeruleae (=Elyno myosuroidis-Seslerietea caeruleae) and Carici rupestris-Kobresietea bellardii. 277 phytosociological relevés were analysed, which relate to seven different plant associations of the central-southern Appenines; 80 of these relevés were unpublished. A syntaxonomic revision is proposed, according to which the coenoses with a dominance of Sesleria juncifolia ssp. juncifolia, attributed to the class Kobresio-Seslerietea, to the order Seslerietalia tenuifoliae, to the suborder Seslerienalia apenninae and to the alliance Seslerion apenninae, are distinct from those with a prevalence of Kobresia myosuroides, ascribed to the class Carici-Kobresietea, to the order Oxytropido-Kobresietalia, to the alliance Oxytropido-Elynion and to the suballiance Leontopodio-Elynenion. The proposal of Bruno & Furnari (1966) is reconsidered, with regard to the Apennine order Seslerietalia apenninae, which is included as a suborder (Seslerienalia apenninae) in the Balcan-Apennine order Seslerietalia tenuifoliae. The syntaxonomic collocation of the alliance Leontopodio-Elynenion is re-examined, which is assigned to the class Carici-Kobresietea, as a modification of the previous interpretation that assigned it to the class Kobresio-Seslerietea (Blasi et al., 2003). Seven new subassociations are proposed: hieracietosum cymosi and anthylletosum pulchellae, referred to the association Carici humilis-Seslerietum apenninae; festucetosum alfredianae, referred to the association Seslerietum apenninae; polygaletosum alpestris, referred to the association Seslerio apenninae-Dryadetum octopetalae; anthylletosum weldenianae and helianthemetosum grandiflorii, referred to the association Helianthemo alpestris-Festucetum italicae; and saxifragetosum speciosae, referred to the association Galio magellensis-Silenetum acaulis. [LOTERRE-Biodiversité] PhytosociologieMots-clés : Molinion Résumé : A syntaxonomical revision of meadows of the Molinion caeruleae Koch 1926 alliance in the Czech Republic is presented. Of ten associations reported previously for the Czech Republic only two were distinguished using the Cocktail method – Molinietum caeruleae Koch 1926 and Junco effusi-Molinietum caeruleae Tüxen 1954. The former occurs on more base-rich soils, while the latter is found in more acidic habitats and characterized by the occurrence of species of Nardus grasslands. Results of this classification were compared with classifications of Molinion meadows for other countries of Central Europe. Main environmental gradients responsible for variation in species composition of Czech Molinion meadows were revealed by detrended correspondence analysis. For interpretation of these gradients correlations with Ellenberg indicator values and altitude were used. The main gradient positively correlates with soil base status, continentality, temperature and nutrients, and negatively with altitude. [CBNPMP-Thèmes] Groupements végétaux, phytosociologieRésumé : A class Carici rupestris-Kobresietea bellardii is for the first time accepted in the hierarchical system of higher syntaxa in the Western Carpathians (Slovakia). On the basis of 10 relevés, obtained in the Belianske Tatry Mts during the period 1983–2004, syntaxonomic comparison was made with the data from the neighbouring mountain ranges and countries (Alps – Austria, Italy, and Eastern Carpathians – Romania, Ukraine). Floristic, phytogeographical and ecological peculiarities are presented in the synoptic table, and the positions of the fragments of glacial relict vegetation type are discussed in the framework of whole areas of wind edge naked rush and dwarf-shrub heath communities.
